Processing Time

  • Some items are ready to ship, while most are made to order.
  • Production time is usually 1–2 weeks.

Tracking Your Order

  • Each package comes with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its location online.
  • Most postal services provide tracking on their official websites.
  • You can also use independent tracking services such as www.17track.net and others.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • North America: 2–3 weeks
  • Europe: 1–3 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 2–5 weeks

Customs and Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
  • For more detailed information, please check the official website of your country’s customs service.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange request.
  • Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
  • Request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of Return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Problems With Delivery

If your order’s delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe and tracking information has not been updated:

  • Please contact us so we can initiate a search for your package.
  • If the postal service locates your package, it will be delivered to you.
  • If the package is officially declared lost, we will either replace your order or issue a refund—your choice.

Custom Orders

We accept custom orders. If you’d like to:

  • Change the color of stones
  • Add engraving
  • Change the type of metal
  • Request other small modifications
  • Or commission a completely custom design
