Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange request.
• Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
• Request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale

Conditions of Return

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
