MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT:
The minimum amount for the first order is 500 USD, with an automatic application of a 10% discount. Subsequent orders have no limitations on the amount, allowing you to tailor your order according to your needs and establish a partnership with us on convenient terms.
ORDERING PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT METHODS:
Orders can be placed directly with your manager by providing a list of the desired items and their quantities. The manager will calculate the order's total cost, taking into account your discount, and confirm the payment amount. Once the full payment for the order is received, it will be processed. Payment methods accepted are PayPal or credit card payment via Stripe.
PRODUCTION TIMELINES AND DELIVERY:
Production timelines depend on the quantity and nature of the items in the order. Some items may be in stock, while others may require production. Standard timelines for large orders range from 1-2 weeks. Worldwide delivery is carried out via airmail, with average delivery times of 2-3 weeks. Once express delivery options become available to us, we will offer them to you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:
While working with large volumes of items, errors in packaging may occur. Additionally, some items may be damaged during delivery due to postal services. In such cases, we guarantee that we will resolve the issue and provide replacements as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order in proper condition. However, due to the significant resources involved in producing wholesale orders, we do not accept returns and subsequent refunds for the items.
